We collect: account information you provide (such as name and email); content you submit, including your outreach goals, messages to the AI assistant, and campaign settings; lead data generated through the Service; payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card details); and usage and technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, and log data used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the Service; generate leads and outreach; process payments and manage subscriptions and quotas; communicate with you; and protect the Service, including detecting and preventing abuse, fraud, and excessive cost. To enforce our acceptable-use policy we may record and store identifiers (such as your account ID or IP address) in order to apply usage limits and block abusive access.

3. AI processing

Messages you send to the AI assistant and related context are processed by us and by third-party AI providers to generate responses, extract your outreach intent, and create outreach content. Do not submit sensitive personal information you do not want processed in this way.

4. Service providers

We share information with vendors who help us run the Service, including providers for AI generation, lead search and enrichment, email sending and warmup, authentication and database hosting, and payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Laxon, our users, or others, and in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements (including retaining block records to prevent abuse).

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at the email below. You can also delete your account from within the app.
